Terms & Policies

ProGuard Protection LLC

These Terms & Policies (“Agreement”) govern all purchases, use, and returns of products sold by ProGuard Protection LLC (“ProGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any ProGuard product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the exact condition received, including being unworn, unused, unwashed, free from odor or damage, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Authorization

All returns must be requested and approved prior to shipment.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If approved, a return shipping label will be provided. Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or ProGuard error, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Orders must be inspected upon receipt. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required. Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Items missing tags or original packaging

  • Protective gear showing signs of use

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items

  • Bulk, team, or wholesale orders

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different product or size, return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

EU Consumer Rights

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return within 14 days of receipt without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.


2. Product Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

ProGuard products are designed to reduce the risk of injury, not eliminate it. No protective equipment can guarantee complete protection.

By purchasing or using ProGuard products, you acknowledge:

  • Athletic activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death

  • ProGuard products do not guarantee injury prevention

  • Proper fit, care, and use are the sole responsibility of the user

  • ProGuard is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, improper fit, modification, or normal wear and tear

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with use of ProGuard products and release ProGuard from liability arising from athletic participation.


3. Care Instructions & Hygiene Policy

Care Instructions

  • Machine wash cold

  • Wash inside out

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not iron

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Do not dry clean

Failure to follow care instructions may compromise product integrity and void return eligibility.

Hygiene Policy

ProGuard products are classified as personal protective apparel. Once worn, washed, or used, the item becomes non-returnable. Items returned with signs of use, odor, sweat, deodorant, makeup, or damage will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.


4. Wholesale, Team, & Bulk Order Terms

Final Sale

All wholesale, team, bulk, and volume-discounted orders are final sale once production or fulfillment begins.

Sizing Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for accurate sizing across all bulk or team orders. ProGuard is not liable for sizing errors.

Defects & Errors

Manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or resolution will be determined at ProGuard’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for bulk or wholesale orders.

Lead Times

Production and fulfillment timelines for bulk orders are estimates and not guaranteed.

Resale & Branding

Wholesale customers may not remove, alter, or obscure ProGuard branding or represent ProGuard products as their own without written authorization.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProGuard Protection LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use, misuse, or purchase.


6. Policy Modifications

ProGuard reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Policies at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.


7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State in which ProGuard Protection LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
