This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed with ProGuard Protection LLC (“ProGuard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and other applicable policies.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and accepted. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Order processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ProGuard reserves the right to delay order processing due to inventory availability, order verification, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout for convenience only. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
ProGuard is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs or import inspections
-
Weather conditions
-
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Force majeure events (including strikes, natural disasters, or governmental actions)
Transfer of Title & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been marked as shipped:

ProGuard is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages

Carrier claims must be pursued by the customer, unless otherwise required by law
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
ProGuard is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays or losses caused by address errors
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping costs and any applicable fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ProGuard is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

Contact the carrier directly

Check with neighbors, building management, or local authorities
ProGuard may, at its sole discretion, assist in filing a carrier claim but is not obligated to issue refunds or replacements.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:

Customs duties

Import taxes
-
Brokerage fees

Other government-imposed charges
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
ProGuard is not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals caused by customs authorities.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:

Limit shipping to certain geographic regions

Cancel orders that violate export restrictions or legal requirements

Refuse shipment to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or reshipping services at our discretion
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to ProGuard.
In such cases:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Additional return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund

ProGuard is not responsible for carrier handling fees
Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in separate packages at our discretion. Partial shipments do not entitle the customer to partial refunds of shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or have been shipped.
Policy Changes
ProGuard reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
